Directions
South America Quinoa,This is a light flavored salad that lets all the ingredients shine equally. Recommend toasting Quinoa Recipe #16399. For those who like more spice try adding cumin and chili powder.,The recipe doesn’t say this but rinse the quinoa very very well before cooking it. This will get rid of the soapy taste that it usually has. I do this even if the package says it is prerinsed.,WAY too much oil. I’ll use 1/4 cup next time. I also added more lemon juice and salt and pepper.
