Thin Swedish Pancakes,A very delicious breakfast for the whole family. Serve with eggs and bacon.,These remind me a great deal of the pancakes that mother made. I like the egginess of them. Instead of the syrup shown, I sauteed some banana slices in butter and maple syrup, and spooned that over. Delicious!,Now these, I don’t think, could be any better ~ THEY’RE GREAT TASTING, as well as easy to make & the accompanying syrup makes a wonderful topping!
