Thai Rice Noodles With Chicken and Asparagus, Oooooooh this is good! My husband said he now has no reason to leave me for an asian woman. Thanks alot!! I got this off of a rice noodle box. I like spicy food so its not too spicy for me but it does have chili sauce in it and also, used salt instead of fish sauce., I made the recipe exactly as written. We liked the flavor but it needed more sauce. As someone else stated, it does not reheat well. I definitely will make it again but double the sauce and use a few less noodles then garnish with chopped peanuts., The sauce was good not great…I added a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter unsweetened! and a little more Tamari gluten free soy sauce and it took it to great! Tasted far Thai to me this way. We gobbled it down. Delicious!
