Thai Rice Noodles With Chicken and Asparagus,Oooooooh this is good! My husband said he now has no reason to leave me for an asian woman. Thanks alot!! I got this off of a rice noodle box. I like spicy food so its not too spicy for me but it does have chili sauce in it and also, used salt instead of fish sauce.,I made the recipe exactly as written. We liked the flavor but it needed more sauce. As someone else stated, it does not reheat well. I definitely will make it again but double the sauce and use a few less noodles then garnish with chopped peanuts.,The sauce was good not great…I added a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter (unsweetened!) and a little more Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) and it took it to great! Tasted far Thai to me this way. We gobbled it down. Delicious!
