Thai Rice Noodles With Chicken and Asparagus,Oooooooh this is good! My husband said he now has no reason to leave me for an asian woman. Thanks alot!! I got this off of a rice noodle box. I like spicy food so its not too spicy for me but it does have chili sauce in it and also, used salt instead of fish sauce.,This was outstanding! We swore we ordered take out (only better made at home). This will be made a lot. Thank you for posting. *I tripled the sauce only using 1/2 T. of fish sauce (Red Boat) and 1/2 t. salt. Used 1/2 lb ground turkey (needed to use it up) and added in some sliced onion. I cant wait to try this using chicken. I can see many variations of this!

Pour Noodles Into Bowl and Cover With Very Hot Tap Water. Soak For 15-20 Minutes. |
