Thai Rice Noodles With Chicken and Asparagus, Oooooooh this is good! My husband said he now has no reason to leave me for an asian woman Thanks alot!! I got this off of a rice noodle box I like spicy food so its not too spicy for me but it does have chili sauce in it and also, used salt instead of fish sauce , I made the recipe exactly as written We liked the flavor but it needed more sauce As someone else stated, it does not reheat well I definitely will make it again but double the sauce and use a few less noodles then garnish with chopped peanuts , The sauce was good not great I added a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter (unsweetened!) and a little more Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) and it took it to great! Tasted far Thai to me this way We gobbled it down Delicious!
