    Thai Turkey,Looking for new life for your leftover turkey? Here it is! I believe I found this in Good Housekeeping.,So good! Made just as written.,Young daughters and vegetable-picky husband all gave rave reviews. This got a permanent place in my recipe box. I reduced the curry to 1 tsp and the red pepper flakes to 1/8 tsp since my girls can’t take too much heat. Broccoli slaw mix was on sale so used that for the vegetable and it worked out quite well. Thank you!
