1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons ice water
1 handful peanuts, roughly chopped (salted or not)
2 green onions, chopped
1 handful cilantro leaf, chopped
lime zest and juice (optional)

We love hummus of all flavors and this one really caught my eye. Loved the combination of flavors in this hummus -- the heat from the sriracha was a little too hot for us so I tempered it with a little extra honey and added the optional lime zest and juice. This went great with blue corn tortilla chips.

Add Chickpeas, Peanut Butter, Sriracha, Ginger, Garlic, Honey/Maple Syrup/Agave, and Salt and Pepper to Taste Into a Food Processor. Process Until Broken Up. Scrape the Sides With a Spatula as Needed.

With the Motor Running, Drizzle in Olive Oil and Ice Water. This Will Help the Mixture Come Together and Get Super-Smooth!

Once the Hummus Is Processed to Your Desired Texture, Taste and Adjust Seasoning as Necessary.
