Awesome 60 Second Instant Cool Whip or Instant Ice Cream, , I introduced this to my mom and sister and it has become a staple in our house I HAVE TO HAVE my strawberry smoothie whenever Carb Countdown is on sale , This makes a great, simple snack; as a smoothie, it is fat-free (when fat-free Hood is used) and VERY low-calorie The Hood Carb Countdown milk becomes much creamier than regular or soy milk, making it ideal for a whipped smoothie I initially tried to make the Cool Whip version with strawberries, but left it in the freezer for too long, so it was a bit frostier than I had hoped 😡 My favorite way to enjoy this treat is as a frothy smoothie made with frozen banana chunks instead of berries
