Awesome Pierogi Casserole,Full of flavor, this pierogi-layered casserole is nothing short of rich and hearty. It’s a wonderful change from the usual humdrum casserole. Taken from allrecipes.com submitted by Seanna Chauvet.,I’m really liking how this recipe looks. We’re vegetarians, so definitely, no bacon. However…pierogis with sauerkraut, spinach or mushrooms, et cetera added sounds like a winner to me, but without the labor intensive pierogi.,This was ok. I thought it was a lot of work for what was basically a baked potato with lasagna noodles and garlic. It tasted fine, but I probably won’t make it again. I will just mix onions and bacon pieces in with mashed potatoes, top it with some cheese and have it all as a side dish. Thanks for the idea though!
