Awful Potatoes

Features:
    Cuisine:

These were so easy to put together. I kept having to add salt & then black pepper the recipe wasn't specific as to how much salt to get it to taste to our liking. I put 2 cut cloves of garlic in the water I cooked the potatoes in to give them a little extra garlic flavor.I greased the dish I baked it in with butter mmm; added about 3 T butter to the potatoes and about 1/4 c. heavy cream I needed to use up they were a little dry after I put it all together. Lastly, my ribs were done just a little ahead of the potatoes, so I turned on the broiler and let the cheese brown just a bit, fabulous! Thanks for sharing.
