Ayam Bali (Balinese Chicken), Adopted recipe, not yet tried by me , Love this recipe! I’ve made this a couple of times and I always like to add some prawn into it as well Although a lot of people don’t like that combination together, it tasted amazing! I bought my groceries from island organics Bali (www baliorganic id), they delivery fresh organic vegetables right from the farm! I really do think that the choice of place from where I buy groceries makes a big difference to the taste!, I added some prawn into this recipe as well! It worked very well and the flavours surprisingly blended well!
