B-Nutty Dip Aka Lucky #13 Hummus, I created this recipe using 13 ingredients for RSC Lucky #13 And each ingredient supplying the amounts of 1 and or 3 in each ingredient amount This is a high protein dip-spread is a take-off of Hummus This is lemony, garlicky, and nutty! The can of chick peas starts at 15 ounces then drain and you have 13 ounces Do enjoy this Fun Masterpiece!, This hummus is really, really nice! I loved the creative use of ingredients that you normally would not add to a hummus They created a very special spread that was enjoyed a lot here in our house Loved the peanut butter in this, it came through nicely, but without overshadowing the other ingredients The soy sauce added just the right amount of tang and the honey balanced that nicely I think this creating is very well balanced and super enjoyable!THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this here with us, Rita!Made and reviewed during Veggie Swap March 2012

In a Food Processor Place Ingredients Up to and Including the Lemon Juice. |

Chill For Flavors to Blend For 1 Hour. Garnish With Parsley, Cilantro, Sesame Seeds or Pepper Flakes.then Bring to Room Temperature. |
