Peel and Grate the Carrot, Apple, Garlic and Onion. |

Place Into a Mixing Bowl, Along With the Ground Chicken. |

Add the Beaten Egg Yolk, Breadcrumbs, Thyme and Black Pepper. Mix Well. |
