Bacon Mushroom Chicken,Very easy to put together, and the result is fabulous. Make sure to serve mashed potatoes or rice along side of this, to mop up the great tasting sauce!,Amazing recipe and super easy to make! I would recommend to saut the chicken for a few minutes on each side before baking (if you are using boneless, skin-less chicken breasts), so that it stays deliciously golden on the outside after it’s done baking.,Love this dish…and my family does, too! Simple, easy prep and tastes great. used thin sliced chicken breasts and topped with mushrooms and real bacon bits (grocery aisle -alongside pre-cooked bacon). I didn’t have any garlic, so used garlic powder and cooked for approximately 30 minutes before the breasts were fully cooked. I did use a little cornstarch to make the sauce and it turned out great. Served this alongside sauteed zucchini, topped with parmesan cheese, rice, and the leftover mushrooms (that i sauteed with some leftover onions). Thank you for sharing!
