    In Skillet, Cook Bacon Until Crisp.

    Remove With Slotted Spoon to Paper Towels.

    Drain, Reserving 1/3 Cup Drippings.

    in the Drippings, Saute Onion Until Tender.

    Stir in Flour, Salt and Pepper Until Blended.
