Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich,This sandwich is a popular Panera Bread sandwich. It has a great spicy dressing and is served on their fabulous tomato basil bread, but it’s also delicious on any hearty bread. My son works for Panera Bread and this is his favorite menu item. This recipe is typical of a California style gourmet sandwich, and represents the Western U.S. region.,The sauce was good, I’m not knocking that, but it is definitely not Turkey Bravo sauce. I went this week and got a sandwich and asked for extra sauce. Came home and made your recipe and it’s like night and day. In your recipe your missing that vinegar/pickle tang. So I went and bought Thousand Island dressing and it’s about 98% spot on! I’m keeping your sauce, the kids all agreed it taste like Freddy’s fry sauce!
