I make this often but im always adding something different so its not the same as last time. you can combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar so you have a 3 cheese kind of blend as well.

    Bacon Wrapped Chicken, This is very good, as an appetizer or served with a salad for dinner , Great recipe! Kids love and we spice it up with some ground red pepper for us adults!, Yum! Each piece of chicken turned out so moist and juicy from the bacon After it was done, I did put the chicken under the broiler for 2 minutes just to crisp up the bacon wrapping a little more We really enjoyed this, and I’ll be making it again

    Flatten Chicken to 1/2 Inch Thickness.

    Spread 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese Over Each Chicken Breast.

    Sprinkle With Salt If Desired. Roll Chicken Breasts Up.

    Wrap Each With Bacon Strip.

    Place Seam Side Down in a Greased 13x9 Inch Baking Pan. Bake Uncovered, at 400 Degrees For 35-40 Minutes, or Until Juices Run Clear.

    Broil 6 Inches from the Heat For 5 Minutes or Until Bacon Is Crisp.
