Directions
Baileys Fudge,This is the easiest fudge… recipe can be changed to suit the alcohol you like e.g. Rum, Brandy, Kahula, Whiskey are all the types of alcohol I have used. Favourite Nuts may be added, thinned with a little cream it can be changed into a sauce to top Ice Cream or used as a frosting, endless uses. Enjoy,How do I store it please and how long does it last?,I altered it slightly based on what I had on hand. used 420 grams (a little over 2 cups) of chocolate chips, 1 can (300 ml) of sweetened condensed milk and 65 ml (a tsp more than 1/4 cup) of Bailey’s. I melted the chocolate in a pot over low heat and stirred in the SCM, then quickly stirred in the Bailey’s before pouring into a parchment lined 8×8 inch pan. I put it in the fridge for a few hours to help it set. I have served it three times to rave reviews and had requests from people to make it for them to share.
