Baked Apple Breakfast Treat (Sugar Free),I have been making this so long, I don’t remember where I got it from. Be careful of the Almond Extract – too much will make it bitter,Delicious and easy enough for kids to make. My sister and I are on a low carb diet and this is a great snack anytime during the day.,Totally yummy! I don’t know what was better, the taste oor the smell of the apples in the microwave. used the apple pie spice on the apples and it was just great. I loved the combination of it with the hint of almond extract in the cottage cheese. This dish is simple and takes snacking and cottage cheese to a whole new level of good! Thank you or sharing!
