    I really enjoyed this, I was surprised that it firmed up by itself without eggs or anything to set it. Not too sweet and good consistency, this went well with yoghurt for brekky. Thanks!

    Baked Apple Oatmeal,Just something I threw together… this can be used as a breakfast, or a healthy dessert! I listed the amounts used, but unless you dice the apple REALLY finely, I think it would probably be better if the oatmeal and liquid were increased to 1/3 cup and 1/2 cup, respectively.,I really enjoyed this, I was surprised that it firmed up by itself without eggs or anything to set it. Not too sweet and good consistency, this went well with yoghurt for brekky. Thanks!

    Preheat Oven to 350.

    Dice the Apple and Pour Lemon Juice Over It (to Prevent Browning).

    Combine the First Five Ingredients in a Bowl. Add the Apple, Lemon Juice and Water and Stir to Combine.

    Pour Into a Round 2-Cup Pyrex Dish. Bake For 30 Minutes, or Until Most of the Liquid Has Evaporated.
