Baked Applesauce Oatmeal,Comfort food!! If you are a lover of oatmeal, try this wonderful dish! A good breakfast item and very satisfying. An easy fix-ahead dish with leftovers warmed in the microwave.,I try to have oatmeal a couple of times a week and the quickest way is to bake it and then warm it in the microwave. The brown sugar was reduced to 1/3 cup and the butter to 2 tablespoons. Old fashioned oats was used. The end product was a little dry but nothing that a splash of milk didn’t fix.
