Preheat Oven to 350f Grease 8 X 8-in Glass Baking Dish. |

in a Large Bowl Beat Cream Cheese Until Smooth. Add Milk, Roasted Garlic, Nutmeg, Parsley, Salt and Pepper and Mix Until Combined. |
