Baked Baby Roma Tomatoes,I bought some trays of Baby Roma Tomatoes and they were great in a salad. I decided to bake some and they were delicious- just melted in your mouth. You could make this with larger tomatoes-just bake a little longer in the oven,I loved these tomatos!
This is a delicious sidedish especially with barbecued meat.
On half of the tomatoes I added some chopped garlic and yummy!
