Baked Broccoli

    I've been wanting to try this for a while, and finally did! I had a bag of fresh broccoli florets from Costco and wasn't sure they'd work - since the stems are short, but they were great. While drizzling the olive oil, I decided to toss the florets around in it and then baked it. My husband suggests use garlic salt next time.Delicious! Thank you for posting it.

    Baked Broccoli, This is a recipe that I saw on Food Network and thought I’d give it a try It is a remix of the old boring broccoli and cheese , I’ve been wanting to try this for a while, and finally did!     Cut Broccoli Into "trees" (stalks and Florets Together) Then Cut Trees in Half.

    Put Broccoli on Baking Sheet and Drizzle With Olive Oil. Salt and Pepper to Tase.

    Bake at 350 Degrees For About 15 Minutes or Until Tender.

    Take Out of Oven and Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese Over Top and Bake Again Until Cheese Is Bubbly.
