3 hardboiled egg, chopped

    Saute Celery in Butter Until Tender Crisp.

    Add Brown Rice, Tuna, Eggs and Lemon Juice. Fold in Mayonnaise. Season to Taste.

    Turn Into Shallow Buttered 1 1/2 Quart Casserole. Top With Onion Rings.
