    Baked Cheese Fiesta Dip, This is a great tasting dip or spread Serve it with chips or crackers After it’s cooked you can spread a very thin layer of sour cream on top, just enough to help adhere your choice of toppings, such as diced peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onion, etc To make a nice presentation on your Christmas buffet, cut stars out of red and green peppers and spread over the top , love this – I forgot the red pepper and was a bit worried about the look of it prior to baking, but it was a huge hit! Definitely would make it again!, This dip is great Next time I plan on adding extra ground red pepper I fixed this in a square 8X8 dish and the best part was the puffy browned corners! Yum!
