    Baked Chicken Breasts in Vermouth, Another from my recipe box that I took out of a community cookbook , Excellent as usual I had the time so I marinated my chicken( I had 3 large instead of 4) breasts in the sauce, placed in a cast iron skillet and baked as directed Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe , This was really good I halved the recipe but forgot to halve the vermouth It was still very good, with just a slightly strong taste of vermouth This is a definite keeper

    Mix All Ingredients Together Except For the Chicken.

    Place Chicken in a Covered Baking Dish and Pour the Mixture Over It.
