Baked Chicken Supreme, I got this recipe from my Mom and subsequently lost it Just found it again yesterday so now it’s getting posted for safekeeping It’s really good and only 5 points on the weight watcher’s plan , We really enjoyed this recipe It’s easy and quick to prepare I will reduce the flour next time, as 3 T made it too thick for our preference used chicken tenderloins, so that reduced the cooking time Thanks for the recipe Will definitely make it again

Melt 2 Tbsp of the Margarine in a Small Saucepan Over Low Heat. |

Add the Flour and Cook, Stirring Constantly, Until It's Smooth (about 2 Minutes). |
