Baked Chicken Supreme,I got this recipe from my Mom and subsequently lost it. Just found it again yesterday so now it’s getting posted for safekeeping. It’s really good and only 5 points on the weight watcher’s plan.,We really enjoyed this recipe. It’s easy and quick to prepare. I will reduce the flour next time, as 3 T. made it too thick for our preference. used chicken tenderloins, so that reduced the cooking time. Thanks for the recipe. Will definitely make it again.

Preheat Oven to 350f. |

Melt 2 Tbsp of the Margarine in a Small Saucepan Over Low Heat. |

Add the Flour and Cook, Stirring Constantly, Until It's Smooth (about 2 Minutes). |
