Baked Chicken Thighs, These baked chicken thighs are great with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. From “Fine Fresh Food Fast” How’s that for alliteration! You might want to melt the butter in the microwave-it’s up to you. I just use store bought bread crumbs but the recipe says that sourdough and rye bread crumbs add a nice flavor change. Depends how much work you want to put in!, Can you use boneless skinless chicken thighs for this recipe?, I made this tonight 3/11/19 and it was SOOO GOOD! I took an idea from Randalynmenefee who suggested seasoning the thighs after dredging in the butter/mustard and then adding bread crumbs/panko and shredded cheese. I also used a rack and since it was browning up nicely and getting crispy, I turned it over so it was crispy on both sides. The only thing was that I wish I would have had more of it. It was scrumptious. I’ll be making bigger batches in the future.
