    Baked Chicken with Special Raspberry Sauce, This is one of those easy oven recipes that is absolutely delicious It was shared by a chef on another cooking website , Ive been using this recipe for almost four years now, and I love it! use both seedless jam and fresh raspberries, and substitute red pepper flake for black pepper, but this recipe is a great one to build off of and really make your own!, Just wanted to say thanks for sharing!! I didnt really follow the recipe; ended up mixing equal parts seeded jam, balsamic vinaigrette, and grey poupon, 2 tbs each Put on two big chicken cutlets for me and the hubby and it was really good 🙂 I also think this would be a good salad dressing, lol
