Baked Corn On The Cob With Garlic Herb

Features:
    Cuisine:

This sounded great in theory, but it ended up fairly bland since there just wasn't enough salt. I will add an extra 5 minutes next time to make the corn more tender. Ours was a little too snappy/borderline undercooked.

Baked Corn on the Cob With Garlic Herb Butter,Deliciously moist corn baked in the oven and seasoned with garlic and herb butter. You can use just plain butter with salt and pepper if you prefer or any flavoured butter of your choice.,This sounded great in theory, but it ended up fairly bland since there just wasn’t enough salt. I will add an extra 5 minutes next time to make the corn more tender. Ours was a little too snappy/borderline undercooked.,We quite enjoyed this dish! I made mine with fresh basil, thyme and chives! I just rubbed enough butter on the cob with my hands…so I would probably have enough butter for 8 cobs! I will do this method of cooking cobs again! Kudos on a great find!!!
