Heat Oil in Medium Skillet Over Medium Heat Until Hot. |

Add Red Bell Pepper and Salt; Cook 5-7 Minutes or Until Peppers Are Tender but not Mushy, Stirring Occasionally Slice Feta Into 1/2" Thick Slices. |
