Baked Garlic Wingers

I gave this recipe 3 stars. I'm rerating this recipe as when I made this for my family I think my soy sauce had gone bad. When I made these the directions did not say to bake these without the sauce so I baked them with the sauce. They also did not say to bake covered so I baked them uncovered. I followed the directions and only baked these 2 hours which seemed a little to long as the sauce started to dry up. My sauce got thick which I love thick sauce but they tasted and looked burned again this could been my soy sauce. I will try this recipe again and rerate it.
