Baked Haddock Casserole, Haddock pieces w/ mushroom cream sauce mmmmmm You can leave the haddock whole, if desired , I thought the flavor of the sauce was just okay, but everyone else really liked it Thanks for sharing , This was something very different for us but we all enjoyed it I followed the recipe except I added about 2 cups of mushrooms as hubby loves them I also used cod instead of haddock as that is all I had Will make again!
