Baked Ham Glazed With Pineapple and Chipotle Peppers, Sweet, Smokey and Spicy! Go ahead and leave the seeds in if you enjoy the heat., I’ve made this twice, and I love it. I stopped bothering with cooking the sauce, I just slather it on ham and bake it. I bought a ham just to make a few weeks worth of lunch to bring to work and I cut it into pieces, layered with sauce and baked. Although, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger is kind of silly, unless the measurement is a mistake, it’s not enough to tell it’s in there against the other ingredients. I peeled a three inch piece dropped it into the blender, no need to grate it.
