Baked Italian Chicken, Very good chicken!, Well, my family liked it! I was worried that it may be too overwhelming with the extra Italian herbs added on top of the Italian bread crumbs but it turned out nice I did cut the amount of breadcrumbs, seasoning and butter in half as we didn’t need that much of the mixture for the amount of chicken we were using Also used thin chicken breasts, cooked them on a wire wrack on top of a baking pan at 425 for about 13-14 minutes and they were done and nice and crispy!, This was excellent! Very moist and easy The whole family enjoyed it!
