Baked Maple Oatmeal,This is from the issue of April 2007 of Coup de Pouce.,An easy way to get your morning bowl of oats. Creamy and perfect texture. Used Splenda brown sugar and added a little more because I like mine sweeter.,Five stars for ease of preparation and deliciousness. I didn’t have nuts but did have an apple so I grated that and squeezed out as much moisture as I could. We both loved it.

In a Greased, Square Baking Dish of 8 Inches , Mix Oatmeal, Almonds, Maple Sugar, Maple Syrup and Salt. Add Milk and Stir. |

Cook in a Preheated Oven of 350 F For About 40 Minutes or Until Oatmeal Is Tender and Milk Is Absorbed. When Ready to Serve, Sprinkle With Cinnamon, If Wanted. |
