Baked Mexican Bananas, I don’t eat bananas often, even though I love them When I do have bananas, they have to be very special, and I promise you, these babies are very very special! Try serving them over vanilla frozen yogurt, or with an intensely chocolate ice cream , I really hate bananas, so I didn’t even taste this recipe However, a friend of mine has a 2 year old daughter who is allergic to dairy products, flour, and soy products They were visiting today and I struggled to find something to cook I had made this once before for some vegan friends who liked it My friend’s daughter gobbled it right up – thank you!
