Adjust Servings:

1 garlic clove (finely minced)
12 medium mushroom caps (approximately 6cm with stalks removed)
garlic olive oil flavored cooking spray
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
100 g prosciutto (grilled until crisp and broken into strips)
1 tablespoon chives (chopped for garnish)

    Combine the Cream Cheese and Garlic.

    Place the Mushrooms on a Foil-Lined Baking Tray, Stalk Side Up and Spray With the Oil and Season to Taste With Salt and Pepper.

    Cook Under a Preheated Grill/Broiler at Medium Heat For 6 to 8 Minutes or Until Tender and Allow to Cool Slightly.

    Spoon a Dollop of the Cheese Mixture Onto the Mushrooms and Top With the Prosciutto and a Sprinkle of Chives and Serve Immediately.
