Baked Mustard Chicken,Something easy and delicious. You can serve it either hot or cold. Goes great in chicken salad.,Delicious. used a combination of Dijon and Wholegrain mustard (in Australia we don’t have “brown” mustard). I had to use panko breadcrumbs (because that’s all I had). My dish was quite deep so the breadcrumbs didn’t brown up, they were a little soggy but still tasted amazing nonetheless. Served it with a side of pan fried asparagus, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil and balsamic. Perfect all round.,My family really enjoyed this even though my DH thought there was cheese in it somewhere. Very tasty and good flavor. Made as directed but I did season my chicken before breading. I did not have a problem with browning, it turned out well. Thanks!
