Baked Mustard Chicken, Something easy and delicious You can serve it either hot or cold Goes great in chicken salad , Delicious used a combination of Dijon and Wholegrain mustard (in Australia we don’t have brown mustard) I had to use panko breadcrumbs (because that’s all I had) My dish was quite deep so the breadcrumbs didn’t brown up, they were a little soggy but still tasted amazing nonetheless Served it with a side of pan fried asparagus, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil and balsamic Perfect all round , My family really enjoyed this even though my DH thought there was cheese in it somewhere Very tasty and good flavor Made as directed but I did season my chicken before breading I did not have a problem with browning, it turned out well Thanks!
