Baked Ocean Perch, another ocean perch recipe in response to message board post., Yummy! We had last night for supper with buttered peas and brown rice. I am trying to include more fish in our diet and this was a great way to do it. I do agree, the fish was a little hard to skin, but it was my first time, so I expect it might be easier next time., This was wonderful! I too changed it up a bit. used olive oil margarin instead of butter, added a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh, and added 4 green onion stalks instead of 3. I also added some garlic powder on top. It was great! I really impressed my finance.
