    Baked Ocean Perch, another ocean perch recipe in response to message board post , Delicious and delicate flavors, Yummy! We had last night for supper with buttered peas and brown rice I am trying to include more fish in our diet and this was a great way to do it I do agree, the fish was a little hard to skin, but it was my first time, so I expect it might be easier next time

    Thaw and Separate Fillets.

    Remove Skin and Place on a Buttered Baking Dish.
