Baked Parmesan Halibut,from local newspaper submitted by Dave Kling of Anchorage Alaska,I made this tonight. I rarely make fish because I dont eat it but my wife loves fish. It was really good and I highly recommend it. I bought a fresh caught halibut (as fresh as can be for Chicago area) and followed the recipe (for a portion of 1) and my wife said it was restaurant quality so I had to have a bite and it was exactly that- restaurant quality. Awesome. Only thing I did differently was to add more parm (which I freshly shaved) and then muddled the corn flakes, salt & parm together. Highly recommend this super simple recipe.,Ok – Simple but kinda bland.
