Baked Pasta with Asparagus (Pasta al Forno con Asparagi),I love fresh asparagus recipes. Got this one out of 100 Pasta Sauce Recipes. Serve with some crusty bread and a salad and you have a great dinner. It turns out great! ,I think this is my favorite pasta w/ asparagus recipe of all time. Anyone I’ve ever served it to always remembers it… and I’ve shared the recipe numerous times. I’ve “borrowed” the technique of cooking the asparagus in chicken stock with other recipes… it really adds something special! Edited to add: My DD just asked me for this recipe… seems she remembered from years ago when I first made it and had a hankering to make it for her family.,We didn’t have any problem with this being dry. However, my family felt this didn’t have enough flavor. May add some herbs next time.
