Baked Pollock, I’m always looking for ways to enjoy baked fish. This recipe works not just for pollock but for just about any fish fillet. Cook time will depend on the thickness and size of your fillets. used frozen pollock fillets, thawed., Not a tweak, but I didn’t understand what a half sheet pan was, or whether she meant half-sheet, or what. In case there’s anyone out there as clueless as I am, here’s what I found. Simple and little to no mess clean up. Very quick and easy. Would never have considered using sour cream, so thank you. It added a light tang and the cheese, again, another first, provided a saltiness. Since I served it with cauliflower, I finished the fish with a tiny sprinkling of fresh chive and dill mixture and a pinch of paprika to punctuate the blandnesses of how it looked. Rave reviews from my gusts.
