Baked Salmon With Cilantro and Lime,Healthy and Delicious! Eat with dinner, over a salad, or straight out of the fridge for a snack! Adapted from Meryl’s broiled version (15911).,I love this recipe. My 7 and 9 year olds request it all the time! It’s so easy to make. I usually make baby red roasted potatoes with this; just toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic power, and stick them in the oven 20 minutes before putting the salmon in. I prepare the salmon and salad in that 20 minutes. A hit every time; the salmon is delicious added leftover, as well.,Yummy with the organic farm raised salmon used. No allergic feeling after!! used extra organic cilantro, a large organic garlic clove, freshly squeezed lemon juice instead of lime as that is what I had on hand, organic light tasting extra virgin olive oil, & sea salt to taste (can’t get away from the salt!). Served with lemon and saffron basmati rice and a fresh salad. Made for Healthy Choices Tag Game 2013.
