Baked Sesame Chicken With Soy Dip, Who couldn’t use another chicken breast recipe in their mix? Well, besides vegetarians, that is 🙂 Here is one I found in the January 2009 copy of BBC Good Food Magazine. It says that the recipe is suitable for freezing., The chicken in this recipe was really good, and was ready by 20 minutes. I butterflied the breasts and pounded them thin. used allspice instead of Chinese five spice powder, and egg whites because I was out of whole eggs (I buy cartons of whites). The sauce was pretty overwhelming; I think I’d skip that next time. Made for Went to the Market. Thanks!
